Interpreting Division - Placing an Order
LinguaTrans ® carefully selects interpreters based on the subject matter, required skills, education, and experience, to meet your specific requirements.
Orders are taken around the clock 365 days a year by phone, voice-mail, fax or e-mail. When booking an interpreter, you will be encouraged to provide:
- Language, date, time, anticipated duration, and appointment location details
- Any specific instructions to be relayed to the non-English speaker
- Billing information
- Briefly explain the purpose of the interview
Administrative processes for on-site interpreters include:
- Appointments are set-up and confirmed with all parties
- A variety of value-added services are performed
- Our interpreter arrives approximately ten minutes early and uses our business card as ID
- An LinguaTrans® invoice is issued based on time used
